This is a vacuum pump used when a high vacuum degree is required, capable of achieving 10^-5 Pa at a low cost. It exhausts to high vacuum regions through a supersonic jet stream generated by heated diffusion oil being ejected from a nozzle. It cannot operate alone and is used in combination with an oil rotary vacuum pump as a backing pump. Additionally, products that are combined into an exhaust set are listed as "high vacuum exhaust devices," so please refer to that.
